The maintenance of fiber laser cutting machines:
1、Replacement of circulating water and cleaning of water tank: make sure that the laser tube is full of circulating water before the machine works. The quality and temperature of circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the circulating water and clean the water tank regularly. This is best done once a week.
2、Fan cleaning: long time use of the fan in the machine will accumulate a lot of solid dust inside the fan, which will make the fan produce a lot of noise and is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the fan suction is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, it is necessary to clean the fan.
3、Lens cleaning: there will be some mirrors and focus lenses on the machine. The laser is reflected and focused by these lenses and then emitted from the laser hair. The lens is easy to be stained with dust or other pollutants, causing laser loss or lens damage. So clean the lenses every day.
4、Rail cleaning: rail, linear axis as one of the core components of the equipment, its function is to guide and support. In order to ensure the high machining accuracy of the machine, its guide rail and straight line are required to have high guiding accuracy and good motion stability. During the operation of the equipment, a large amount of corrosive dust and smoke will be produced during the processing of the processed parts. These smoke and dust will be deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear axis for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion spots on the surface of the linear axis of the guide rail, thus shortening the service life of the equipment. So clean the machine guide every half a month. Shut down the machine before cleaning.
5、Fastening of screw and coupling: after the motion system works for a period of time, the screw and coupling at the motion connection will be loose, which will affect the stability of the mechanical movement. Therefore, in the operation of the machine, it is necessary to observe whether there is abnormal noise or abnormal phenomenon in the transmission parts, and it is necessary to strengthen and maintain in time if problems are found. At the same time, the machine should use tools to tighten the screws one by one after a period of time. The first time should be about one month after the equipment is used.
6、Inspection of optical path: the optical path system of the machine is completed by the reflection of the mirror and the focusing of the focusing mirror. There is no offset problem of the focusing mirror in the optical path, but the three mirrors are fixed by the mechanical part, so the possibility of offset is relatively large. Although there is no offset under normal circumstances, it is recommended that the user check whether the optical path is normal before each work.
